Due to siting conflicts with WasteCon/ISWA, Baltimore, the Quad-State Conference scheduled for this Fall is postponed until Fall 2019, when it will be hosted by NC SWANA.  NC SWANA will, however be hosting a Fall Conference this year.  The Theme of the Fall Conference is "Integrated Solid Waste Management 101". This Conference is all about getting back to the basics and fundamentals of managing and operating a solid waste program.  We not only feel like this information will be valuable to solid waste professionals, we also think that the presentations will be of value to Public and Private leaders that make Policy and Budgetary decisions regarding our Programs.  To that end, we are making a very special offer for this Conference.  For every Full Conference Registration received, an additional FREE registration will be available to a Town/County Manager or Elected Official; or, Private Company Executive.  Our goal is to have solid waste managers and their supervisors/administration in the same room; hearing the same information.  Gaining a greater appreciation and understanding of our industry will benefit the solid waste program; parent organization; and ultimately the communities we serve.  This is also a unique opportunity for Sponsors and Exhibitors to reach "higher-ups" along side solid waste managers to promote products and services.  We look forward to seeing you in Raleigh this Fall.
